Othelloclub (including the FlipSight app, the "Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information the Service collects, uses, and retains.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: user ID, nickname, and email address (for sign-up, login, email verification, and password recovery).
• Usage records: game and puzzle records, ratings, and game move records (to provide features and rankings).
• Access data: IP address, browser/device information, and access timestamps (for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting).

We do not collect payment information, and we do not use advertising tracking (ATT) or third-party advertising identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

• Account identification and login, email verification, password reset
• Game and puzzle analysis, ratings, and leaderboards
• Service operation, security, abuse prevention, and support

3. Retention and Deletion

Personal data is deleted without undue delay when you delete your account, except where retention is required by law. You can delete your account from More → Delete account in the app, or on the website.

4. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties without your consent. We may use an email delivery service to send verification and password-recovery emails.

5. Your Rights

You may access and correct your personal data at any time, or request its deletion by deleting your account.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed primarily at children, and we comply with applicable requirements, including guardian consent where required.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will notify you through an in-service notice.
